With the Megabook S300 and S310 presents two new Notebooks to MSI with 13,3 Inch Display. The S300-Modelle is based on of Intel core duo and core 2 duo processors, and the S310 works a AMD Sempron. The Intel models offer more selection, with which clock rates of 1,6, 1.8 and 2.1 GHz are possible. If one decides for the Sempron, one must fall back in the 3400+ model (2 GHz).
As diagram chip an Intel 945GM chip comes to the employment, with the S310-Serie a ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 with the S-300 series. While there are 100 GByte with the S310-Modell only a non removable disk to the selection, one can with the S310-Modellen between 100, 120 and 160 GByte select. The equipment with the usual extras is rounded off like a double Layer DVD burner, LAN, WLAN, USB 2,0 and FireWire. Also with it a 3in1 is map reader as well as a SPDIF connection.
The AMD model costs approximately 1100 euro, the Intel versions is at prices between 1100 and 1700 euro to be had.
