AMD wants to make with the two new models the support of DirectX-10 and hp films for broader customers possible. Therefore the diagram chips are to become more inexpensive ATI Radeon-HD-2400 and 2600 than the past models with this function range.
Aimed also the support is addressed by Windows Vista. AMD offers therefore also a Windows to aero 3D-Schnittstelle. The hp support is made by a Unified video decoder (UVD). Both maps have also HDMI interface with integrated audio CONTROLLER.
The diagram chips are manufactured with a 65mm-Prozessortechnologie. This makes a passive cooling possible and produces no Laufgeräusche. Besides the GPU is to have a smaller current consumption.
The two models will be available according to AMD at the beginning of of July on the market.
