New enterprise manufactures gigabyte Main board and diagram maps starting from 2007
The rumors from the day before yesterday around an assumption of gigabyte by ASUS were not confirmed, but both manufacturers will in the future closely together work. ASUS and gigabyte yesterday announced in Taiwan the establishment Joint venture. The new, common enterprise is to manufacture 2007 Main boards and diagram maps under the label name “gigabyte†starting from 1 January.
Gigabyte holds 51% at the new enterprise, ASUS 49%. ASUS invests first 244 million US Dollar into the Joint venture, which possesses so far still no name. This is in the course of the yearly admits to be given. One speculates at present upon “Gigasusâ€.
ASUS gigabyte lets use now its manufacturing plants practical and keeps for it a part of the profit, the gigabyte with in the context Joint venture the manufactured products erwirtschaft.
